Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I use Atlas’ placement services?

Finding the right home can quickly become a daunting task. Every community is different and it’s important to understand how that difference can affect you. Because our team has run multiple communities and has over a decade of experience, we understand the nuances and what to look for when decided which community is right for you. We enable our clients to have the peace of mind knowing they are getting the right level of care, in the right home, and for the right price.

How does your process differ from others?

Our approach is informed by decades of experience in managing renowned senior communities in Los Angeles and Orange County. We understand what to prioritize and how to effectively negotiate with these communities to ensure you receive the appropriate care. Unlike many others, we conduct our own medical assessments, allowing us to be more capable in identifying the best home for you, rather than depending solely on the community's assessments.

What kind of budget do you recommend for senior living in Orange County?

There are many important factors that play into pricing for senior living, which can vary significantly based on community type, care levels, and the range of amenities offered. Given these considerations, we recommend that setting a budget of no less than $5,000 should be your minimum allocated amount to ensure you can cover the essential services and accommodation options needed for a comfortable living experience.

What kind of home is right for me?

There are many communities all serving different needs. From independent living to memory care, there are many options. The first step of our process is for us to conduct our own medical assessment to determine your needs. We will then find the best communities in our network that can fulfill those needs.

How much does this service cost?

Our placement services are completely free!

Do you only serve Southern California?

Our care services depend on continuous in-home visits and rapid response to your needs. Because of that, we currently only serve Orange County and Los Angeles
