Schedule a one on one assessment with one of our representatives. We will learn more about your needs, wants, and medical requirements. Our medical assessments are used in order to develop the right care plan with your new community.

Community Tours

We will schedule guided community tours with the selected communities that fit your requirements. We will attend these tours together in order to provide unbiased feedback.

Transition Plan

Develop a cohesive transition plan together with you and the chosen community. Participate in the development of your care plan to ensure it meets your needs.

How does your process differ from others?

Our process was created after decades of running some of the most well known senior communities in Los Angeles and Orange county. We know what to look for and how to negotiate with communities to make sure you get the right care. We are one of the few groups that do our own medical assessments to be better equipped in finding you the right home. Most companies rely on the communities medical assessment.

We assist with a wide range of senior care options, including:

For many of the options we assist with, there is a minimum monthly budget of $5,000. This amount typically covers essential services such as accommodations, daily care assistance, meals, and standard amenities. However, the overall cost may vary depending on factors such as the level of care, additional services, location, and any specialized needs your loved one may have. During our initial consultation, we’ll help you understand all associated costs and connect you with facilities that align with your financial planning and care needs.

Are your services free to families?

Yes. In most cases, our placement services are provided at no direct cost to families. Our fees are typically paid by the senior living facility once a successful placement has been made. We believe that every family deserves access to expert guidance without added financial stress.

How long does the placement process take?

Every situation is unique. The timeline can vary based on factors such as facility availability and your loved one’s specific needs. Typically, the process—from consultation to final placement—can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We strive to make the transition as smooth and timely as possible.
